If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You can return / exchange your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day it reaches your doorstep.

To be eligible for a refund / exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return / exchange, we require you to fill in our online form at the bottom of this page.

Non-refundable, non-exchangeable:
● Items that are not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts.
● Items that are returned more than 14 days after delivery date.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card. Funds may take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. This timeframe is out of our control.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, unless:
● the products are faulty or not as described on our site;
● the reason for return is due to a boutique error, such as an error in pricing, description or a delay in delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If after 30 days you haven’t received a refund yet, please check it with your bank account or credit card company first to ensure the delay is not on their part. Sale items (if applicable)

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

An item can be exchanged if:
– it is defective, damaged or the wrong size.
– a different variation of the same item is preferred – i.e. colour, language, design etc.
In all other cases the item must be returned for refund, and a new order placed for the new item. Except for cases of defective, damaged or incorrect goods, shipping fees for return and the dispatch of the new item will be the responsibility of the purchaser – our team will provide you with details of these charges upon receipt of your exchange request.


You don’t have to worry about dispatching the return. For your convenience our team member will contact you to arrange a pick up by our courier.
