This watch was created in collaboration between Louvre Abu Dhabi and Swatch. Design of this unique piece unites two worlds the Japanese artwork by Hokusai and the astrolabe artifact by Muhammad ibn Ahmad Al-Battuti.
The design of front side of this watch is based on a fragment from 'The Great Wave Off Kanagawa' print and underside depicts the flat projection of astrolabe.
